Educators from Southeast Kentucky Community and Technical College and Eastern Kentucky University said their new Aviation Technology Program is ready to go.
Both SKCTC President Dr. F. Lynn Moore and EKU President Dr. Michael T. Benson met in Bell County Wednesday afternoon.
